Built by founders
for founders.

WndrCo was born from a simple conviction: the best support a founder can get comes from people who have actually built something.

Jeffrey Katzenberg spent decades at the center of Hollywood — as Chairman of Walt Disney Studios and Co-Founder of DreamWorks Animation — learning what it takes to build enduring creative institutions from nothing. Sujay Jaswa scaled Dropbox from $18M in revenue to a near-$10B valuation as VP Business & CFO, navigating every stage of hypergrowth along the way.

In 2016, they came together around a shared belief: that founders deserve partners who have sat in their seat, faced their pressures, and built through their doubts. WndrCo exists to be exactly that.

We believe the best companies are built by founders who have been there before — who understand what it takes not just to start, but to scale.
